Overview
Whitman’s Engineering Team provided professional services for “The Club @ 3,” a new and exclusive tenant lounge located inside of the 3 Gateway office building in Newark, NJ. 3 Gateway is part of the Gateway Center, a commercial complex situated just west of Newark Penn Station.
The Club @ 3 boasts collaborative spaces, a fitness center, and a penthouse pickleball court.
Whitman provided professional Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection (MEPF) Engineering design for this exciting new addition.
The scope included design of relocated HVAC ductwork, new lighting and electrical outlets, and new domestic water, sanitary and vent piping to support the renovation of vacant office space into the new amenities space.
