Overview
Whitman completed the design, upgrades and replacement of the two existing fire alarm systems serving the Bethany Manor senior housing complex located in Keyport, New Jersey.
The complex, built in 1970, consists of two 12-story apartment buildings with 332 units, and with a single-story building connector. Each building had an existing fire alarm system with little communication with the system in the other building.
Whitman completed the Code Review and confirmed the fire alarm device layout with the Owner and Contractors.
