Whitman provided licensed lead evaluator services for a variety of multi-tenant apartment buildings located within Hudson County, conducting the lead assessments for approximately 250 units. Using an XRF-analyzer, Whitman’s licensed lead inspector was able to record each reading to determine whether the presence of lead came back as positive, negative, or inconclusive.
Following the assessment, Whitman produced a comprehensive report that detailed the results of the XRF-analysis, as well as a floor plan, structural pictures, interim control recommendations, and completed HUD-guidelines forms.
