Mark Costantino, AST
Licensed NJ Asbestos Safety Technician (AST); Asbestos Project Designer; Asbestos Management Planner; Asbestos Building Inspector; Licensed Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor
Mark oversees Whitman’s Asbestos, Lead & Mold Management Division. He manages hazardous materials assessment projects, and performs asbestos, lead and mold building inspections and air monitoring during asbestos abatement activities. Mark also assists with Right-to-Know and lead in water projects.

Christopher Graff
Licensed Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor; Asbestos Building Inspector
Chris performs hazardous material surveys for asbestos, lead and mold on both commercial and public buildings, conducting project monitoring activities for asbestos abatement and other indoor air quality projects, and performing lead in drinking water sampling and assessments.  In addition, he has experience in completing Right-to-Know inventories for clients.

Brett Iwicki
Licensed Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor
Brett has been a member of Whitman since 2005 and has over 17 years of experience in the environmental field.  In addition to his environmental project management role, Brett has vast experience in conducting lead risk evaluations and assessments for both public and private entities in accordance with the USEPA and HUD Guidelines.

Jaclyn DiDonato
Asbestos Building Inspector
Jaclyn assists the firm’s Environmental, Health & Safety  (EH&S) Compliance division with data reports, training activities, and special projects. She has conducted asbestos air sampling, as well as 6-month AHERA inspections for various facilities, including schools.  Jaclyn is a certified AHERA Asbestos Building Inspector.

Terry Manning 
Asbestos Building Inspector
Terry performs asbestos surveys on both commercial and public buildings, as well as project monitoring activities for asbestos abatement and other indoor air quality projects.  He is a certified AHERA Asbestos Building Inspector.
