Whitman conducted a limited environmental (hazardous materials) assessment on a two-story, 150,000 square foot warehouse in Newark, New Jersey. Since the warehouse had been damaged by years of severe weather and non-use, both the warehouse and several adjoining structures were slated for demolition so that a brand-new facility could be constructed in its place.
