Overview
Whitman provided electrical design and construction support for a large scale solar tracker system in South Carolina for a North Carolina-based solar construction company. The project design is a solar array with 178,416 (370 Watt) and 98,840 (375 Watt) solar modules.
Whitman has prepared a detailed set of construction drawings providing the contractor with high-level specifications to assist with the layout of miles of both DC and AC electrical feeders spread out across a 333 acre property.
Whitman’s engineering staff prepared the drawings and has provided construction support during the initial phases of approvals. This project is ongoing.
