Commerce Magazine and the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey (CIANJ) are celebrating women across New Jersey who are leading, innovating, and making a difference in their industries and communities.
Erin is being recognized in the “Business Operations and Administration” category. Check out her nomination below:
“Erin Kidney joined Whitman in 2009 as a Marketing Assistant and, through her initiative, leadership, and dedication, advanced into the role of Office Manager. She regularly identifies opportunities to improve organizational operations by implementing streamlined office procedures and enhancing workflows, thereby reducing operational costs, improving employee satisfaction, and increasing overall organizational efficiency. This is done while maintaining the highest quality standards on every project she undertakes. She is widely respected for her institutional knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond to support colleagues and the community. She regularly coordinates companywide food and supply drives that benefit organizations such as Moms Helping Moms and the Franklin Township Food Bank. Her leadership and commitment to excellence and positive change make her an exceptional Enterprising Woman in Commerce”.
Erin will be featured in the July/August issue of Commerce Magazine and recognized at the 2026 Enterprising Women in Commerce Awards Reception on August 12th at the Glen Ridge Country Club in Glen Ridge, NJ.
