Whitman’s Senior Vice President Michael Metlitz’s LSRP will be presenting at the Construction Roundtable of New Jersey’s Monthly Membership Lunch Meeting this Friday, September 13th in Edison, NJ.
Last month, Governor Murphy signed changes to New Jersey’s 2009 Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA), which established the Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRP) Program, imposing strict requirements for remediating contaminated sites. The new legislation, known as “SRRA 2.0”, seeks to implement changes to the site remediation laws and regulations based on experience and lessons learned in the 10 years since SRRA was enacted.
Mr. Metlitz’s presentation will provide highlights of SRRA 2.0 that you should be aware of which may affect your current or future environmental projects.
