We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

As a Waste Management Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the waste management sector. Your primary goal will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their waste management needs, and provide them with effective solutions that align with our company’s services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in various industries, including commercial, industrial, and pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations, trends, and best practices to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to promote our services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the waste management or environmental services industry.
  • Strong understanding of waste management processes and sustainability practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
