Whitman is pleased to announce that Jay Tracy, LSRP has joined the firm as Director of Environmental Services!
Jay brings over 15 years of specialized experience in environmental consulting, executing comprehensive services including Preliminary Assessments, Site Investigations, Remedial Investigations, and Remedial Actions, along with detailed reporting for a diverse portfolio of property types. He also has extensive experience supporting due diligence efforts for property transactions, overseeing industrial facility closures, and providing strategic litigation support.
As Director of Environmental Services at Whitman, Jay will be overseeing and managing our Environmental Division, with an emphasis on staff mentorship and growth, recruitment, profitability and project management. He will also be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the firm. With his strong background in environmental management and business development, Jay brings a wealth of experience and a passionate commitment to advancing our organization’s environmental goals and initiatives.
Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from Franklin & Marshall College. He is a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) and serves as both a member and Committee Co-Chair of the Licensed Site Remediation Professional Association (LSRPA).
