We are at once happy and sad to announce the retirement of our partner, friend and co-worker Michael Russo, Senior Vice President of Operations on July 1, 2023.
Michael has been an integral part of building Whitman into what it is today and he will be missed. We will be forever grateful for his contributions to our business and the business community as a whole. Goodbye tension, hello pension.
Michael joined Whitman in 2004 as a Project Manager within the firm’s Environmental Division. Over the years his role expanded to Director of Environmental Services, and most recently to Senior Vice President of Operations, as well as part-Owner of the firm. He has been responsible for the direction and growth of the firm’s Environmental and Engineering Divisions, and for all aspects of the company’s operations. His vast experience over the years has gained him expertise in many areas of environmental and business consulting.
