A Night to Shine!

Whitman Vice President of Engineering  along with Project Engineer were thrilled to volunteer last week at “Night to Shine”, a prom held for those with special needs above the age of 14, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation.

Due to its success over the years, the prom was held on 2 nights, hosting 700 guests who enjoyed a full prom experience, including food, dancing, limo rides, a photo booth and karaoke!

Carey served as one of the project managers and leaders of the event, which included many nights of planning and prepping, while Karlie volunteered as a buddy, accompanying a special needs guest at the prom.

According to Carey, who has volunteered at this event for several years through his church, “Night to Shine has become hands down one of the best days of the year for me, and I look forward to the next one almost immediately.”
