Jaimie has over 13 years of diverse experience working in the environmental and engineering field, with specific expertise in operations management.  As Whitman’s Director of Environmental Services,  Jaimie oversees and manages the firm’s Environmental Department, with an emphasis on recruitment, staff mentorship and growth, profitability and overall Department project execution, in addition to client development, assistance with Company Business Development and processes, and contracting.

Having previously worked for Whitman as an Environmental Project Scientist, Jaimie began her career conducting environmental services relating to ground water and soil investigations, vapor intrusion sampling and mitigation, and remedial actions.  She then expanded her experience outside of Whitman, taking on leadership and management roles within the industry.  Her recent positions held have included Remediation Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Director for the 1099/Subcontracting Program.

Jaimie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marine Biology with a minor in Psychology, and has completed graduate courses in Biological Oceanography.

Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, Jaimie grew up a big Sabres Fan.  During her time in undergrad, she joined the crew team which has remained one of the most rewarding experiences of her life.  As a certified SCUBA diver, Jaimie hopes to someday dive the Great Barrier Reef.  In her free time, she enjoys volunteering for Habitat for Humanity builds, bike riding along the boardwalk and gardening.
