Nicole has over 23 years of experience in various administrative and leadership roles in the environmental and engineering industry. As Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Administration, Nicole is responsible for proposing, developing, implementing, and coordinating company programs, policies, and procedures covering all areas of Human Resources. This includes employee relations, compensation, employee benefits administration, recruitment, hiring of new staff, performance management, training and development, and records management. She is also responsible for ensuring the firm’s compliance with federal, state, and local industry labor laws and policies.

Nicole holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Touro University Worldwide and a B.S. in Business Management from the Pennsylvania State University. In addition, she holds the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management, as well as the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.

Nicole is a New York Giants fan along with her husband and one of her two sons. She enjoys reading, spending time with family, and traveling.
