Jay has over 15 years of specialized experience in environmental consulting, executing comprehensive services including Preliminary Assessments, Site Investigations, Remedial Investigations, and Remedial Actions.  He also has extensive experience supporting due diligence efforts for property transactions, overseeing industrial facility closures, and providing strategic litigation support.  As Director of Environmental Services at Whitman, Jay oversees and manages the firm’s Environmental Division, with an emphasis on staff mentorship and growth, recruitment, profitability and project management.  He is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the firm.

Jay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from Franklin & Marshall College.  He is a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) and serves as both a member and Committee Co-Chair of the Licensed Site Remediation Professional Association (LSRPA).

Jay loves staying active, from running the Philadelphia Marathon in 2017 to golfing, working out, and hiking with his wife and two sons. When he’s not on the move, you can find him at the beach, watching sports, or catching up on the newest season of the day’s big movie or show.
