Mark oversees Whitman’s Asbestos & Lead Management Division.  His responsibilities include: managing hazardous materials (asbestos and lead) assessment projects; performing asbestos, lead and mold building inspections and bulk sampling; conducting air monitoring and oversight of contractor activities during asbestos abatement activities; and preparing final reports. Mark also assists with Right-to-Know and lead-in-water projects.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from William Paterson University.  He is a Licensed New Jersey Asbestos Safety Technician, AHERA Asbestos Project Designer, AHERA Asbestos Management Planner, AHERA Building Inspector and Air Sampling Technician, and a New Jersey Department of Health (NJDOH) licensed Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor.
