Nicole has over 18 years of experience in various administrative roles in the environmental and engineering industry. As Vice President of Human Resources, Nicole is responsible for proposing, developing, implementing and coordinating company programs, policies and procedures covering all areas of Human Resources. This includes employee relations, compensation, employee benefits administration, recruitment, hiring of new staff, performance management, training and development, and records management. She is also responsible for ensuring the firm’s compliance with federal, state and local industry labor laws and policies.

Nicole holds a B.S. in Business Management from the Pennsylvania State University. In addition, she holds the SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management, as well as the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.

Nicole is a New York Giants fan along with her husband and one of her two sons. She enjoys reading, spending time with family and traveling.
