Mike has over 25 years of experience in engineering services, environmental services, operations management, plant management, production and executive management fields.  Mike’s responsibilities include executive management, decision making, financial management, leadership and strategic direction for maximizing growth of all operations functions at Whitman, including satellite offices. His areas of technical expertise include process, chemical, automation and flammability/combustibility consulting engineering. Mike actively mentors direct staff, engineers and scientists to help maximize their quality and performance of project work as well as providing guidance on professional growth including education, technical and business skills.

Mike holds a B.S./M.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology, an MBA from the University of Texas, a DBA from Liberty University, as well as graduate certificates in Advanced Business and Executive Leadership from Cornell University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Florida, Louisiana, Maryland and Texas, as well as a Certified Plant Engineer.

Mike enjoys spending his free time coaching youth football and baseball. He also enjoys volunteering for Big Brothers & Sisters of New Jersey.
