Todd has over 30 years of experience working in the New Jersey environmental industry. As a Principal of the firm, he actively manages clients in a senior advisory role.  As one of the original Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (LSRPs) in New Jersey, Todd takes a leading role in the direct management of high profile and complex remediation projects. Responsibilities in this area include extensive client/NJDEP contact and negotiation, and oversight of soil and ground water investigation and remediation. Todd works closely with attorneys, real estate developers, insurance companies and commercial property owners, as well as representatives of state, local and municipal authorities as it relates to environmental and engineering issues.

Todd holds an M.S. in Environmental Science and a B.A. in Geology, both from Rutgers University. He has been certified as a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) since July 2012. He is also a NJ Licensed Real Estate Agent.

Todd is a Mets and Giants fan and enjoys attending Rutgers football games. He enjoys working and playing outdoors and in September 2015, he successfully reached the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. Whitman has been his only full time job after Todd was hired right out of school in June 1987 as the company’s 5th employee.
