Program Management


The foundation is often the most critical part of a building design. We consider program management the foundation of any engineering or design project. At Whitman, we have developed a series of program management methods that we use to work with the client to define the scope of work, the necessary resources and project schedule. Program management defines and drives the entire project.

At Whitman, our project managers and engineers work closely with the client from the beginning of the project to accurately define the project’s scope, schedule and deliverables. Our focus, throughout the entire project, is to establish a clear understanding of the client’s needs and expectations.

We perform program management activities for all of our clients, whether they are building owners, school districts or other end users, architects or other team members on a project.
