Project at a Glance:

• Large-scale investigation and remediation of multiple buildings in the historic Roebling section of Trenton.
• Whitman has worked closely with the City of Trenton to aid in the City’s revitalization efforts at these former industrial sections of Trenton.

In conjunction with private developers and the City of Trenton, this 45-acre Brownfield area in the historical Roebling section of Trenton, New Jersey is undergoing extensive environmental scrutiny and cleanup in an effort to revitalize this former highly industrial area.

Whitman was successful in obtaining grant money through the HDSRF to conduct much of the investigation.

The site is adjacent to the Mercer County Arena, a state-of-the-art multi-purpose entertainment complex.
