This redevelopment project transformed a former six-acre commercial property into an 88-unit residential condominium development. Amenities on the property of this 55 or older secure gated community will include a clubhouse, pool and walking paths.
Whitman’s role in the project was to perform the environmental investigations associated with the project, develop a Remedial Action Strategy to practically address site contamination, and manage the remedial action. The remediation was accomplished in less than a year, and the project has been issued an Unrestricted Use, Site Wide No Further Action Letter and Covenant Not to Sue (NFA) from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
