Project Description

The scope of services included Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection, Structural and infrastructure design concentrated racks of servers and computer support equipment used Telecom and Internet Host Sites.

Project challenges included securing large scale redundant electrical services from separate grids and expediting delivery of long lead equipment such as back-up generators. Multiple projects were designed and executed on a “Fast-Track” basis. Daily conference calls with the owner and team members, emails, phone follow-up and effective overall communications were essential tools. Additionally coordination of project workload and deliverables from six office locations allowed the workload to be balanced and the appropriate key personnel to be dispatched.
